Job Summary

To ensure highest level of customer service and personal service to our guest. You will be working closely with event planners and professionals to identify their needs and ensure customer’s satisfaction. You supply to all types of services relating to the events and take on the responsibility of coordinating all the logistics involved in making the event work to the guest’s satisfaction.

Qualifications & Experience
  • Minimum of 2 Years of relevant working experience. Additional Experience in Hospitality ie. Sales is an asset.
  • Preferably with a Bachelor’s degree/ Higher education qualification/ Equivalent in hotel management/ Business Administration

  • Ensure all Catering standards are adhered for all event activity
