            Responsibilities  Ensure lift performance meets TCMR requirement, Green Bands for both categories and Green Band for every Division. 
Achieve minimum monthly P‑Trapped rate. 
Plan lift testing schedule before expiry of lifts and submit completed schedule each month to SPE and GM/Engineers (LMU) before testing month. 
Test all lifts, including submission for PTO before the expiry month. 
Send testing defect letters to Lift Companies and ensure they rectify defects. 
Submit test report, including verified defect letters, to Engineers (LMU) for endorsement after defects are rectified. 
Process cyclical / project management fee claims of contractors’ invoices and ensure no claim is left out. 
Submit the completed handling fee monitoring list to EMS (GM) / Engineers (LMU) by the 4th week of April each year. 
Communicate WSH requirements to technicians half‑yearly and document the communication.
