Lead and oversee all QEHS & ECM functions (Quality, Environmental, Health & Safety), working closely with Heads of Departments to ensure compliance with statutory requirements, KPIs, organizational standards, and internal policies.
Identify, assess, and advise on workplace and operational risks; recommend and implement measures to eliminate, minimize, or control such risks.
Coordinate, maintain, and update documentation for ISO management systems, including ISO 9001:2015, ISO 14001:2015, and ISO 45001:2018.
Plan and conduct periodic internal audits for QEHS management systems to ensure effectiveness and compliance.
Develop and deliver training programs to employees on QEHS policies, procedures, and systems.
