What the role is:

Join our Business-IT team supporting Knowledge Management (KM) and Learning Management (LM) operations. You will lead the delivery and continuous improvement of KM/LM systems and services, champion AI-enabled search and automation, and drive data management and governance practices that strengthen knowledge sharing and learning effectiveness across the organisation. This role sits within the Education & Skills Development as well as Infocomm Technology & Smart Systems job family, supporting the creation, curation, retrieval and sharing of knowledge assets that enable core business outcomes, as well as training delivery for the continual education of officers.
