Assistant Director (Resourcing, Sponsorship & Scholarship) – Tengah General and Community Hospital

As part of the TGCH HR team, you will formulate and drive the HR strategies for the branding, talent acquisition, sponsorship, and scholarship that are aligned with TGCH’s core mission. In this role, you will lead a dedicated team, partnering closely with key stakeholders to identify the staffing needs and build a sustainable and robust pipeline of talents.

Additionally, you will play a key role in the hospital’s nesting plan and broader HR strategic projects.

Job Responsibilities

• Partner the Leads to identify the manpower requirements and formulate proactive resourcing strategies in driving and delivering the hiring plans to meet the manpower demands;
• Oversee end-to-end recruitment process from sourcing, interview, selection, offer to on-boarding of new staff members for the TGCH team;
