+ Provides guidance, direction and support for Kansas-based admissions representatives. Utilizing a territory management approach, hires, trains, supervises and coaches both new and returning admissions representatives on all aspects of admissions to include territory and funnel management, data management and utilization, relationship building and multi-channel-communications to reach or exceed enrollment goals.
+ Works with territory managers on established goals/targets for each territory and develop and evaluate recruitment efforts based on current market position as well as current, historic funnel performance and other data analysis.
