Position Summary:
The Community Homes Assistant Director is a creative, flexible, organized, and compassionate leader, who connects the program’s vision and strategy with their team’s needs and the daily operation of each home. The Assistant Director leads a team of professionals who are facilitators, mentors, and agents for meaningful choice for the people who chose to make a Springbrook home their home.
Principle Duties and Responsibilities:
+ Participate in all aspects of resident planning
+ Hire, train, supervise, engagement and performance management of residential managers
+ Follow all 633/624/625 regulations, Incident Reporting, investigation process, IRMA entry, follow up and completion of recommendations as needed.
+ Conduct internal investigations
+ Department wide management and oversight of data systems.
+ Participate in a department wide on call schedule providing coverage and oversight. <...
