Team Lead – IT Staffing
Location: Hyderabad / Bangalore
Experience: 5–8 Years
Key Responsibilities:
Lead and mentor a team of IT recruiters handling Contract-to-Hire (C2H), Contract Staffing.
Manage end-to-end recruitment delivery for multiple clients.
Allocate requirements, monitor team performance, and ensure SLA adherence.
Drive hiring metrics including submissions, interviews, offers, and joinings.
Build strong relationships with hiring managers, account managers, and business stakeholders.
Conduct recruiter training, coaching, and performance reviews.
Ensure quality candidate sourcing through job portals, social media, referrals, and networking.
Prepare recruitment MIS, dashboards, and hiring forecasts.
Handle client escalations and ensure timely closures.
Support business growth through market intelligence and talent mapping.
