These positions report to the Custodial Services Manager. Under supervision, oversee employees within an assigned core. Assists the Custodial Services Manager with the following: Performs quarterly building audits; provides training and/or retraining of staff; oversees special project work; inventories equipment and keys; ensures equipment is properly maintained; assists in supply orders and locker inventory; reviews work orders and performs follow up inspections for completion of work needed; works with Custodial Services Manager on performance issues; writes and conducts performance appraisals; conducts safety and tailgate meetings; provides back up coverage for supervisor and well as station coverage. Ensures equipment is properly maintained and custodial inventory is maintained. May assist other supervisors.
