A growing, mid-sized organization in the Capital Region is adding a new Assistant Controller role due to continued growth. This is a high-impact position with direct exposure to leadership and a clear path for advancement.

What You’ll Do

+ Support monthly close, financial reporting, and audits

+ Partner with operations on job costing, budgets, and forecasting

+ Oversee GL, cash management, and reconciliations

+ Manage AP/AR and assist with payroll oversight

+ Strengthen internal controls and ensure compliance


Requirements
What They’re Looking For

+ Bachelor’s in Accounting/Finance

+ Strong GAAP + Excel skills

+ Foundation, QuickBooks, or similar systems experience

+ CPA (or pursuing) is a plus
