Support and advise the project team on cost and contractual issues for main contract and subcontracts
Liaise with Project Team members to ensure commitments and milestones of subcontracts are achieved and adhered to
Analyses all requirements and provisions in contracts, including terms and conditions, to ensure compliance with all laws and regulations and company policies and procedures.
Establish and maintain the project variation control system and managing negotiations in line with contract requirements.
Preparation of Monthly Progress Claim with details supporting documents to Clients (LTA)
Maintaining detailed records of contracts, amendments, and correspondence to ensure transparency and accountability throughout the contract lifecycle
Handling any Subcontract related issues that arise during the project lifecycle and negotiating fair settlements when disputes occur.
