Salary: SGD 4,800 – SGD 5,000

- Mon–Fri: 8:00am – 5:30pm
- Alternate Sat: 8:00am – 12:00pm
Key Responsibilities - Lead daily housekeeping operations and service delivery according to contractual requirements
- Manage manpower planning, deployment, training and retention
- Ensure service standards, KPIs and contractual obligations are consistently achieved
- Drive employee engagement and customer satisfaction initiatives
- Oversee statutory compliance, risk assessments and emergency procedures
- Serve as the key liaison with clients and stakeholders
- Implement process improvements to enhance productivity, quality and cost efficiency
