Assistant Club Manager (Anytime Fitness Gym) We are seeking an energetic and customer-focused Assistant Club Manager to support daily operations and drive membership growth.
Responsibilities - Assist Club Manager in daily gym operations and staff supervision
- Ensure excellent service and handle member enquiries
- Support sales, marketing, and membership promotions
- Maintain club standards, safety, and cleanliness
- Assist with scheduling, reporting, and admin tasks
Requirements - Higher Nitec / Diploma in Sports, Business, or related field
- Experience in fitness, wellness, or hospitality preferred
- Strong people skills and sales-driven mindset
- Able to work shifts/weekends (Bartley area)
