Key Responsibilities - Drive student enrolment, renewals, and centre sales targets
- Deliver excellent customer service to parents, students, and walk-in enquiries
- Lead, coach, and motivate centre staff
- Manage schedules, operations, and daily administrative matters
- Ensure smooth centre operations and positive customer experience
- Handle feedback and build strong customer relationships
Requirements - Experience in retail, education, enrichment, hospitality, or sales leadership roles
- Strong leadership and people management skills
