Initiate Boutique events and activities through partnerships to boost sales and traffic
Be aware of the local business environment and its impact on our sales, including the commercial activities of competitors

In collaboration with the boutique team, drive and monitor all CRM and clienteling initiatives
Lead by example and develop individual relationships with clients and prospects
