Key Responsibilities
Handle all incoming calls, walk‑in visitors and enquiries in a polite and professional manner
Organise outgoing and incoming deliveries
Arrange business travel for employees as required
Monitor proper functioning of office support tools such as air‑condition units, photocopy machines and others
Liaise with service contractors regarding any office maintenance issues and raise faulty reports for any defects within the office area
Handle day‑to‑day matters and provide efficient support for administrative processes
Perform relief duties when required
You Should Have
At least 2 years of front‑office and admin experience
Presentable with a professional attitude and appearance
Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia & English; Mandarin speaking is an advantage
Proficient in Microsoft Office
