Responsibilities
  • Responsible for period‑end closing activities such as GL Journal entries, bank reconciliation and ensure accurate and timely month‑end and year‑end closing of accounts.
  • Prepare monthly management reports and conduct analytical review of financial fluctuations for management review.
  • Manage quarterly GST submissions in compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Continuously improve accounting processes and internal controls to enhance reporting quality and operational efficiency.
  • Assist management in cost control and profitability analysis.
  • Cashflow monitoring, maintain daily cashflow and prepare weekly and monthly cashflow forecast.
  • Prepare intercompany billings and manage intercompany transactions and reconciliation.
  • Supervise and manage Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable.
  • Handle fixed assets, addition, disposal, and depreciation.
