• Knowledge in handling Full-Set Accounts, Accounts Payable & Receivable
• Closing monthly account
• Do Bank Reconciliation
• Generate sales invoices and official receipts
• Sort out invoices to be paid for the month and upload in bank for director approval
• Handling procurement invoices
• Handling petty cash & claims and issuing cheque
• Handling payments for sub-contractors and suppliers
• Date entries / recording Financial transactions
• Generate staff payroll using Payboy/Simplepay
• Record invoices in Accounting Software (Xero, Quickbooks, MYOB)
• Perform GST Submission
• Performing other duties as required, such like Admin assistant job
• Computer literate
• Adhoc duties

• Bachelor’s Degree
• At least 3 years’ working experience in a similar role
