As an Assistant to the Factory Manager, you will bridge the gap between local operations and Japanese management. This role requires a proactive professional who can manage production schedules, handle internal administrative tasks, and support communication with Japanese stakeholders.


- Production Planning: Manage and optimize production schedules and planning.
- Reporting: Prepare and present regular business performance reports.
- Visitor Handling: Welcome and correspond with visitors and stakeholders from Japan.
- Internal Administration: Create and process internal application forms and capital expenditure requests (e.g., equipment procurement).
- Other related tasks and duties as requested by the Management.
