Responsibilities
Support day-to-day PC lifecycle hub operations, including ITAD requests, early PC refresh requests, missing-device investigations, Apple ACE requests, and custom device requests.
Manage related ITSM tickets, shared inbox requests, and PC Lifecycle Hub-related intake workflows.
Track inventory across physical and offsite locations, including office hubs and VAR partners.
Maintain operational data and systems, including database management, metadata dictionaries, and related PC hardware records.
Drive data consistency, cleanup, and standardization across operational datasets.
Maintain and update knowledge base articles and operational documentation.
