Job Responsibilities:

• Manage and record apartment assets, furniture, appliances, and warehouse inventory.
• Monitor stock levels and arrange timely replenishment of supplies.
• Receive, inspect, store, and issue items properly.
• Keep the warehouse organized, clean, and safe.
• Conduct regular inventory checks and report any shortages, damages, or discrepancies.
• Track asset movement, transfer, repair, and replacement.
• Coordinate with other departments for asset and supply requests.
• Prepare basic inventory and asset reports for management.

Requirements

• Experience in inventory, warehouse, or asset management is preferred.
• Familiar with Excel or Google Sheets.
