We are seeking a Level 4 or 5 qualified Assessor , ideally with additional Trusted Assessor qualifications , to join our dynamic health and social care team. This pivotal role involves conducting comprehensive care and support assessments for our service users, ensuring that all care is person-centred, outcomes-focused, and compliant with current legislation and best practice standards.

The successful candidate will have proven experience in the care sector at a supervisory level, an excellent understanding of the Care Act 2014 , and be familiar with CQC regulations , safeguarding frameworks , and the principles of inclusion and empowerment . A Train the Trainer qualification is also desirable, as you will support workforce development through mentoring and skills-sharing.
