This individual will be responsible for developing brand strategies, marketing plans, and product innovations to drive product growth. They should feel comfortable working cross-functionally to execute these strategies and ensure brand consistency.

- Deep understanding of local consumer needs and insights; analyze competitive moves and understand key category dynamics by requesting research, analyzing data and defining business strategies. - Analyze competitors’ strengths and weaknesses. Provide recommendations and solutions to improve the company’s sales and marketing approaches - Work in partnership with Commercial managers to develop solid commercial plans. - Propose, manage and control the marketing BME - Lead promotions developments, innovations and activations through a deep understanding of the business and P&L - Build and supervise consumer communication and e-commerce startegy to increase brand penetration
