Administrative Assistant – BEPC has a Ciudad Juarez area OPEN POSITION to join our fast-growing team. This role provides support for various HR employee programs and processes within the organization, as well as other administrative functions. Key Responsibilities Maintains personnel files in compliance with applicable legal requirements Keeps employee records up to date by processing employee status changes in a timely fashion Maintains company organization charts and employee directory Processes personnel action forms and ensures proper approvals; disseminates approved forms Prepares paperwork required to place employees on payroll and establishes personnel file Responsible for attending visitors and reception Maintains employee terminated records with off-boarding checklist Maintains accurate insurance enrollments of all employees Troubleshoots telephone and voicemail system; handles minor repairs; coordinates repairs with technicians when required Oversees special events for staff ...
