Lead and drive end-to-end demand planning processes across ASEAN to ensure forecast accuracy, demand visibility, and alignment with business strategy, enabling optimal inventory, service level (OTIF), and supply chain performance.
Main Accountabilities
Demand Planning & Forecast Management: Lead monthly demand planning cycle across ASEAN (Demand Review, forecast consolidation, S&OP inputs); Consolidate and validate country forecasts (distributors, direct markets, tenders, lifecycle events); Ensure alignment of volume and value forecasts with commercial and financial targets
S&OP / IBP Governance (ONE PLAN): Anchor ASEAN Demand Review and contribute to regional S&OP / IBP process; Facilitate cross-functional alignment (Commercial, Marketing, Finance, Supply Chain); Drive implementation and adoption of IBP tools (e.g., SAP IBP) and standardized planning processes
