We are looking for a dependable, handy maintenance technician to help maintain several properties, including residential homes and an outpatient program, located in
Spanish Fork and Mapleton, Utah.
Hours:
- Approximately 5–10 hours per week, as needed
- Flexible schedule
Responsibilities:
- Perform general maintenance and repairs
- Troubleshoot and repair household and commercial appliances/equipment
- Maintain and repair sprinkler systems
- Complete basic landscaping and yard maintenance
- Handle minor plumbing, electrical, and carpentry repairs
- Complete routine maintenance tasks and address repair requests
