Cloud Telephony
Design, integrate, and maintain cloud telephony solutions using platforms such as Ozonetol, Twilio, Exotel, Plivo, Amazon Connect, or similar
Integrate telephony systems with CRMs, ticketing tools, and backend services
Monitor call quality, performance, uptime, and troubleshoot telephony issues
