clear, distinctive visual ideas Lead art direction across
digital, social, film, motion, print, content, and spaces Partner closely with
Copywriters, Content Specialists, Motion Designers, and Tech Shape visual languages — not just single assets Craft decks, frames, and stories that
sell ideas with confidence Be present on shoots and productions to protect the work Raise the bar — not with ego, but with taste, discipline, and care
What We’re Looking For 3–8 years of agency experience (or equivalent creative firepower) A strong, opinionated portfolio with
