The Area Sales Specialist is responsible for driving sales performance and brand dominance within the assigned area by acting as the primary liaison with Building Managers (BM), leading ground execution, and owning area‑level intelligence to support effective sales and marketing decisions.

Key Responsibilities

1. Building Manager (BM) Engagement

• Act as the single point of contact (SPOC) for all assigned Building Managers within the area.
• Build, maintain, and strengthen relationships with BMs to unlock sales, marketing, and access opportunities.
• Convert strong BM relationships into qualified leads, on‑ground support, and improved sales conversion.
• Coordinate closely with Field Sales to ensure BM‑generated leads are properly followed up and fulfilled.
