Lead the Healthful Solutions strategy across the Middle East, Africa and Türkiye, setting the direction and enabling execution in partnership with regional sales teams.
Own and manage a portfolio of customer and distributor accounts across the Middle East, with direct responsibility for pipeline development, revenue delivery and business growth.
Identify new sales opportunities and expand existing business through customer projects, strategic commercial activities and strong relationship management.
Manage the formulation of food and beverage applications based on customer briefs, demonstrating the value of sugar‑reduction, plant‑based functional and texturising specialty solutions.
Initiate and drive customer projects with existing and new customers, ensuring that project targets are met and that customer briefs are received and validated in line with Ingredion requirements.
