OVERVIEW
Responsible for driving overall sales performance across assigned project/s by ensuring sales targets are
met, aligning sales strategies and consistent execution of company standards. Leads scaling sales
operations, strengthening broker networks and improving conversions.
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Oversee and ensure attainment of sales targets across all assigned projects
• Lead, coach, and manage multiple sales teams
• Strengthen and expand broker and seller networks across assigned areas
• Ensure all projects under the area are aligned with pricing, promos, and positioning
• Develop area-specific strategies based on market conditions and project lifecycle
• Present performance updates and strategic recommendations to management
