Role Purpose: Establish and grow sales and dealer network across the Mekong Delta, with direct accountability for regional sales targets, distribution coverage, receivables, market intelligence and team development. Develop monthly, quarterly and annual regional sales plans and allocate targets by province/territory. Identify, assess, negotiate with and onboard strategic dealers; optimize the regional distribution network. Monitor market coverage, merchandising, actual selling prices and competitor pricing or promotion moves. Deliver regional sales KPIs and coordinate receivables collection with Accounting.
