Summary

We are looking for an enthusiastic and motivated Area Ranger to join our team in North Pembrokeshire. This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in restoring nature at scale across one of the UK’s most spectacular landscapes. You will lead delivery across a defined area, working with tenants, graziers and partners to create resilient, nature-rich landscapes for wildlife, climate and people. You will have a passion for conservation, experience of land management, and the ability to build strong relationships to achieve shared outcomes.

Salary: £31,000 per annum 

Contract Duration: Permanent 

Working Pattern: You will work 37.5 hours per week. This will include on on-call duties as part of a rota, and occasional evening, weekend and Bank Holiday work. We recognise the importance of flexible working, and will support this wherever possible.
