Main Purpose

Coordinating the activities on the network to ensure quality, performance of internal and external teams to ensure longevity, quality, and performance of the network. To oversee and manage all activities in a specific geographical area of the Network to ensure, the network is provisioned and maintained to the highest quality.

ACCOUNTABILITIES & RESPONSIBILITIES (KEY PERFORMANCE AREAS & TASKS)

• To ensure Circuit Provisioning and Network Acceptance is thorough and accurate, and a high-quality network is delivered. (Over Inspection of network standards vs spec) & > 0.5% fails.


• Ensure that the Network is provisioned for all orders and potential orders. 


• Coordinate preventative maintenance inspection routines, ensuring that the network is proactively inspected.
