Supervise and monitor the daily operations of all branches within the assigned area to Ensure consistent achievement of sales and productivity targets.
Lead, coach, and motivate Sales Team Leader, Sales Supervisor and their teams to deliver high performance and maintain service excellence.
Analyze branch performance data and implement action plans to address operational issues, improve efficiency, and ensure fast turnaround time accounts processing.
Maintain strong relationships with Loan Consultants.
Handle escalated client issues or operational concerns that cannot be resolved at the branch level.
Prepare and present area performance reports and recommendations to management.
Facilitate coaching, development, and performance evaluation of branch personnel.
Area and hubs expansion and opening.
Performs other work-related functions and duties that may be assigned.
