Affordable Housing Area Manager (FT)
Cornerstone Property Managers is looking to add an experienced Area Manager to our Affordable Housing team. This position is a Full-Time, Benefitted position. The Affordable Housing Area Manager will oversee properties in the CPM portfolio and will work with onsite staff to ensure the effective management and maintenance of various properties
Essential Functions:
Financial Analysis:
- Manage the properties most efficiently and profitably possible given existing market conditions consistent with the goals and objectives of the company and property owners.
- Prepare annual operating budgets.
- Accurately prepare and convey all operational and recommend appropriate strategies and adjustments at monthly corporate meetings.
