Our client, a global education organisation, is seeking a proactive Business graduate for an Area Manager position, to support and develop a network of learning centres across Greece and internationally. This on‑site Athens role combines coaching, operational support, and business development.
What you’ll do:

Support franchisees through regular visits, coaching, and performance guidance
Drive centre growth, quality, and operational standards
Deliver training, presentations, and local initiatives
Travel extensively across the region (approx. 50%)

What we’re looking for:
