J Squared are recruiting on behalf of our client for an Area Maintenance Manager to oversee a growing portfolio of commercial properties across London and the South East.
This is a hands‑on role suited to someone with a strong Hard FM background who enjoys being visible on site, building client relationships, and ensuring maintenance services are delivered to the highest standard. You will be responsible for overseeing multiple live sites, managing maintenance activities, supporting engineers and subcontractors, and acting as the key point of contact for clients.
