The Scotsman Group are looking for an Area Head Steward to oversee the stewarding requirements of the Edinburgh venues.

The Role

As Area Head Steward, your role will include:

Three Sisters being the default venue.

Managing and overseeing the stewarding requirements for our Edinburgh venues, including, but not limited to, Biddy Mulligans, Maggie Dicksons, Cabaret Voltaire, Golf Tavern, Inn on the Mile & Ghillie Dhu. This role includes managing rotas, recruitment, holiday periods, sickness and have a confidence in dealing with general HR / staffing issues.

Be able to work till close of venues, including late-night.
