Work closely with the Regional Head to implement distribution/network strategy and sales & services strategy. Agree on overall budget and KPI targets, as well as targets per customer segment for the area/cluster, with the Regional Head. Delegate budget and targets to Branch/Cluster Managers and ensure delivery of these targets by managing and monitoring the sales & service teams' performance.
Implement departmental policies, systems, and procedures to ensure compliance with procedural and legislative requirements, delivering standardized, quality, cost-effective services with high customer satisfaction across all branches in the area.
Explore and gather necessary details to create new business opportunities within the area in coordination with other Business Lines. Also, gather information to open, relocate, or remove branches or ATMs/CDMs, providing business justification.
