Young Life Spain is seeking a visionary, relational, and mission‑driven Area Director to lead and expand ministry in Madrid, the most strategic city in Spain.
Young Life has already established meaningful ministry foundations in Madrid through relationships with students, volunteer leaders, churches, schools, and families. The focus of this role will be the Alameda area, where the Area Director will lead development by helping adolescents discover Jesus Christ through relational ministry while building a sustainable foundation for future growth.
Working alongside local staff, volunteers, churches, and ministry partners, this leader will establish strategic ministry presence, develop future leaders, and create pathways for long‑term impact across the region.
The long‑term vision is to expand ministry throughout central Madrid by building upon existing connections and developing new opportunities in schools and communities across the city.
