Responsibilities

Design & Technical Delivery

• Develop technical design proposals in response to project briefs, studio standards, and statutory requirements.
• Produce detailed drawings, specifications, schedules, and technical documentation, primarily across RIBA Work Stages 3‑7.
• Support the preparation and submission of planning applications and technical approval packages.
• Ensure all technical information is accurate, coordinated, and compliant with current UK Building Regulations and relevant legislation.
