As an Architectural Technician, you will be:

Usingputer-aided design (CAD) software and traditional architectural methods to develop building plans and designs.

Examining space and site requirements.

Reviewing technical documentation to ensurepliance with industry regulations.

Negotiating effective technological solutions with investors.

Preparing budgets and estimating material costs
