General Duties and Responsibilities
Coordinates with the Project Team on the technical details of architectural, structural, and MEPFS works of the project
Supervises the preparation of body plans, wall setting-out plans, shop drawings, as built drawings, and all other plans and drawings assigned to the department.
Educational Attainment
Bachelor's degree in Architecture
Preferably licensed
Technical Competencies
Proficient with construction activities sequence
Expertise in reading and analyzing construction plans and drawings
Proficient in computer aided design software
