Involve and lead in checking and coordination of shop drawings and as-built drawings with all respective trades (eg Architectural, Structural, MEP and Specialist Subcontractors works).
Review project specifications, Shop drawings and technical clarifications.
Able to prepare and monitor the progress of Shop drawings and Sample schedule with procurement schedule.
Manage submission and approvals of Shop drawings and Samples from Consultants.
Manage the receipt and issuance of all Consultant drawings and Shop drawings.
Liaise and coordinate with working partners, Consultant, Authorities and Subcontractors during the construction phase.
