            RESPONSIBILITIES Prepare architectural drawings for authority submission in compliance with CORENET standards and statutory requirements 
Produce coordinated plans, sections, elevations, and area computations suitable for submission approval 
Develop tender documentation including fully dimensioned drawings, schedules, and finishes plans for contractor pricing 
Prepare construction-level architectural detailing to support buildability and design intent 
Coordinate drawings with structural, MEP, and specialist consultants 
Incorporate authority comments, revisions, and resubmissions 
Maintain drawing standards, layering protocols, and revision control 
Issue drawing packages for submission, tender, and construction phases 
Support ongoing project coordination and as-built updates where required 
REQUIREMENTS Minimum 3 years of relevant architectural drafting experience
