Ensure all Authorities procedures and information are properly documented;
Ensure site progress are met in accordance to the master programme;
Ensure all the latest details, information, drawings and documents are updated in the office and on site;
Drawings, shop drawings preparation in a timely and in accordance to the requirement or instructions of the Manager;
To ensure documents and drawings are kept both in hard and soft copy and in a timely and proper manner;
Track the progress of delivery and quality of materials in accordance with the construction schedule to prevent delays;
