            Roles & Responsibilities  Oversee on-site architectural works, ensuring quality, accuracy, and timely progress for HDB, condominium, and landed projects. 
Coordinate quotations, material selections, and deliveries, ensuring designs reflect on-site conditions and client/consultant updates. 
Cross-check architectural drawings with structural and M&E plans, resolve discrepancies, and prepare clarification sketches when required. 
Supervise trades, monitor construction sequencing, and hold regular meetings to track progress and ensure smooth project execution. 
 Requirements  Diploma in Architecture, Building Technology, Interior Design, or related field closely related built-environment discipline. 
At least 3 years’ experience in architectural coordination, site supervision, or construction delivery for HDB, Condo or Landed Projects.
