Lead in Site Coordination with all trades. Prepare submission of shop drawing / Materials / MOS. To ensure work is construct in accordance with contract and drawings. Planning of Arch. Works and micro scheduling with other disciplines. Liaise with sub-contractors, suppliers and etc. Implement and ensure QC plan with Quality and Service Dept. Procurement and Monitoring of Arch. related materials. To carry out inspection/trade demo/ material testing / mock up To ensure tiles/walls lay according to setting out plan. To verify VO and prepare back charges. Attend sub-con meetings. To check and ensure compliance with TOP check list and RI (Arch) Attend to archi materials, sample board, trade demo and shop drawings submission and submittal reviews comment from consultants.
