Develop creative and practical architectural and interior design concepts for commercial retail hospitality and residential fit-out projects.

Prepare detailed shop drawings joinery details material boards and 3D renderings for client approvals.

Ensure full compliance with DM and other local authority regulations for all design submissions and approvals.

Liaise with clients consultants and internal teams to understand design requirements and translate them into functional and aesthetic solutions.

Coordinate with MEP structural and site teams to ensure designs are executable and align with project scope.

Prepare and submit architectural and interior design documentation for DM and other authority approvals.

Review and approve materials and mock-ups in collaboration with procurement and production teams.
